As a tyre service company for the construction industry, mining industry, the logistics industry or others with larger machinery, there are a lot of practical challenges when a wheel needs to be replaced. Safe working environment
With an Easy Gripper you get a unique 3-point grip, which provides optimal control and grip of the large tyres and wheels. And with the accurate and precise rotation and tilting functions, both hard and dangerous manual work as well as consequential damage to tyres, rims, and equipment is avoided.
Integrated camera system
The integrated camera system gives the tyre technicians optimal view for hub and bolt alignment, as well as it adds visibility and safety while maneuvering the tyre. The camera system comes by default with an IR function that is automatically activated in insufficient lighting conditions.
Depending on configuration the Easy Gripper can also be equipped with LED working light.
Ring handling tools improve safety
Special designed Ring Handling Tools for handling multi-piece rim parts is another exclusive feature that is only available with an Easy Gripper.
With the Ring Handling Tools the tyre technicians can grip, hold, press, or place tyres, rims and rings as needed - a major improvement of safety and effectivity!
Gripper pipes for different purposes
The gripper pipes are used both to hold the wheel, push on the tyre and to hold and position the tyre rings.
In situations with a small distance between the tyre and fender, the upper gripper pipe can be replaced with a flat top arm. And the standard gripper pipes can be replaced with telescopic pipes, to increase the range - this to provide better space for the tyre technicians, and to be able to handle twin wheels.
No wheels are too big
Mounting, demounting, moving, tilting, and stacking of OTR, EM and AGRO tyres and wheels up to 8 ton – depending on the configuration, have been made a whole lot easier and safer with the EASY GRIPPER product range from Just Easy Tools.
