Advanced build-up for THE TIRE COLOGNE 2024 is possible on 28. and 29.05.2024 for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build-up period:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 980,00 EUR (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level. The usage fee is charged at a flat rate for the entire period from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., even if the period is not fully used.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

We would like to point out that the heat will not be turned on in the halls until 30.05.2024, the beginning of the official build-up period. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that if you commence build-up at an earlier date, i.e. prior to the official build up date of 30.05.2024, you will do so at your own risk. Within the scope of the law, Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you from 2 April 2024.
