I specifically address the direct and indirect losses that a company suffers when it cannot maintain a stable workforce. This includes not only the obvious recruitment costs but also the loss of productivity and corporate knowledge, the duration until a new employee is fully integrated, and the lost revenue during this time. By using proven practical examples and discussing best practices, I offer participants valuable insights on how to optimize their personnel strategies, thereby creating the foundation for long-term employee retention and business success.
